Terms of Service – Decozeb

Welcome to Decozeb. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

  • Decozeb reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Continued use of our website and services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product details, including descriptions, dimensions, and images, are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur.

  • Customized products require 50% advance payment and are non-refundable & non-cancellable once production starts.

  • Non-customized items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or COD (for non-customized items only).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product type (customized or non-customized) and courier service.

  • Decozeb is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of product damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Customized products: strictly no returns, no refunds, no exchanges (unless received damaged).

  • Non-customized items: refunds/exchanges are only accepted if the product received is wrong or damaged, not due to preference or dislike.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Decozeb and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Decozeb shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Customers are responsible for correct usage and installation of DIY or wall-mounted products.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
