Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customized products: strictly non-refundable & non-exchangeable, except if received damaged.

Non-customized products: Refund/exchange is only applicable if:

The wrong product/design was delivered.

The item was damaged during delivery (must report within 24 hours with pictures/videos).

Refunds are NOT applicable for reasons like:

“I don’t like it.”

“It feels thin/light” (sizes, materials, and real images are already provided).

Cancellations: Possible only within 12 hours of placing the order. After production/dispatch, no cancellations will be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
